On Friday, April 25, 2025, Superintendent Maureen Donahue and Director of Instructional Services Molly Moore proudly participated in the Achieving Joy and Mastery in Public Schools podcast. This inspiring series is dedicated to celebrating all that is good in public education throughout Western New York.
In this episode, Superintendent Donahue shared her personal journey as a leader in education, highlighting Southwestern’s strategic focus on building strong Professional Learning Communities (PLCs). She also spoke about the symbolic power of "handprints" and emphasized the importance of leading with Courage, Knowledge, and Heart.
