Southwestern Middle School is pleased to introduce its Students of the Month for January 2023. Congratulations to sixth-grader Ellie Rounds, seventh-grader Isabella Ehrman and eighth-grader Mackenzie Ernewein.

Sixth-grader Ellie Rounds’ favorite subjects are math and science. She plays clarinet in Southwestern band. Outside of school, she is a member of The Flyers gymnastics team and enjoys reading and baking. Ellie is the daughter of Aaron and Sarah Rounds of Lakewood.

Seventh-grader Isabella Ehrman’s favorite subjects are art and English language arts.  Bella is a member of the Spectrum Club, Musical Tech Crew and is on the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion committee.  Outside of school, Bella takes art lessons from Infinity Visual & Performing Arts, she also likes to draw, watch videos, and play games with her friends. Isabella is the daughter of Matthew and Jessica Ehrman of Jamestown.

Eighth-grader Mackenzie Ernewein’s favorite subjects are math, English language arts and science. Mackenzie is a member of Southwestern band and Tech Crew. Outside of school, she takes singing lessons, theater classes and stage crew with Infinity Visual & Performing Arts. In her spare time, Mackenzie likes to paint, play video games, and eat food. Mackenzie is the  daughter of Rachel Ernewein of Lakewood and Andrew Ernewein of Jamestown.
