Southwestern is proposing a capital project to maintain and improve key learning spaces for our students and community. These improvements address facility needs that have developed over time and help ensure our buildings remain safe, functional, and comfortable for years to come.

Elementary School Improvements

Building Comfort & Learning Spaces
- Middle & High School air conditioning to improve classroom comfort and learning conditions during warmer months.
- Elementary House Area updates for shared grade-level spaces used for student learning and collaboration.

Performance & Community Spaces
- High School Auditorium stage floor replacement ensures a safe and functional performance space for school productions, assemblies, and community events.
- Athletic Field Press Box improvements modernize the press box used during athletic and community events.
Facility Maintenance & Infrastructure
- Select roof replacements address areas of aging roofing to maintain building integrity and prevent future damage.
- Reconstruction of a damaged water main serving school facilities.
